Lyon Marsh Roll-X incubator Egg Position?

Hello - hoping all you clever peeps can answer my question - How do you position the eggs in the grid of this rolling auto turner ? I have seen both horizontal and vertical egg positions. And which do you prefer and why ? This bator is "new to me" and ive got some eggs just set in ! Thanx!

The egg position is dependant on how it's going to be tilted or in other words the turner used. That type of turner is made for the eggs to roll for turning and should be put in on their sides for it to work as intended.

Thank you ! Yes i do see the eggs in this video ..and i have seen them vertical also ! Have you used this method or this incubator ? what are your opinions on it ?
