M or F on these 4.5 month old Polish?

Hi folks.

I picked these 2 up as chicks on April 2nd. One seems protective of the other and the silkie (not pictured). It frequently runs up to me and starts pecking my foot. Looking online, I was told to look at feathers, if they are pointed or rounded on the head. They look rounded to me, but the ones head is starting to look a little wild like I heard males might. Easily distinguishable as one has a fuller, darker head.

Thoughts?
