MA--poultry inspector seems to ignore me!!!

I call and leave messages very frequently and he never responds. i am trying to be a 'law-abiding chicken keeper', but if he keeps on ignoring me, i guess i will have to assume that i can sell hatching eggs and chicks with no problem.

i am trying to do my part. sheesh.

moreover, in the 4 years i have called him, he has replied three times.

Why do you need to contact an inspector? Just for selling hatching eggs?
