Mable the Mixed Rooster

Hi there, I have just recently found out that one of the chickens was actually a rooster. And we aren't allowed to have roosters since we are within the citys limits. His name is Mable and he is just a gorgeous bird. He is very curious and somewhat social beings as he was born here. We used to own a Red Sex-linked rooster named Kingsley and found out we could not own him but before we got rid of him, he had mated with our Partridge Cochin, Indigo. and in August 23 we had Mable. He hasn't started crowing yet but he did mount on of our red sex-link hens and that was when we realized he was a rooster. So if you are willing to give him a second chance please reply. We are located in Austin, Texas.

Just keep him until you caught and if you do say you pay house mortgage/property taxes and this is my house/property not the towns.

Oh he is so pretty! I don't suppose you would be coming to the Oklahoma/Texas border anytime soon?
I have a growing flock of 28 sweet & happy free range chickens and a few cooking in the incubator.
My girls & I would love & welcome him. I have a camper (yes they are spoiled!) as a coop for now, but soon will be adding a mobile home into the works.
There will be plenty of room at the inn!
