Madam indecisive needs opinions

I have a mixed flock containing two Cochins, a EE, a D'Uccle, a Silkie, a Game, and two ducks who think they're chickens. The game has been bullying my EE to the point that she's missing feathers on her head, and she attacked the smallest Cochin and left a two inch gash on the back of her head. Rowan is a troublemaker and even my Silkie who's so mean he has to be penned by himself is scared of her. The guy I got my Cochins from also raises games, I'm pretty sure he'd let me swap her out, and I know he takes good care of his chickens. Should I rehome Rowan or is she not as violent as I think and this is just normal pecking order behavior?

The missing feathers are not concerning to me, but the gash is terrible. I would not keep a hen that puts gashes in the other chickens from being mean. I have rehomed hens that were bullies and the flock breathed a sigh of relief.

If you want to rehabilitate her you could pen her by herself for a week or two and see if she straightens out. That should take her down in the pecking order for a bit of time.
