made my first art sale! + some pictures of my other pieces of art

I made my first art sale today! We have an annual art showing at my school and a few of my pieces were put up, and someone was interested in one of them so I just got $10 for it in the mail.

She said it was the first piece of art she had seen at these annual art shows that had really "spoken" to her. Definitely made my day!

It's not very big, it covers roughly half of a 9in.x12in. paper

That's what I hope too, but then again I don't think it would be a very good primary job for enough income. After all, it's a very competitive field and not everyone is into buying art nowadays. Plus you have to be REALLY REALLY good in order to make a good income from it...I think I'm alright, but not that good.
