Made Quiche! (Any other recipes I should try?)

Well I opened my fridge the other day and realized I had close to 3 dozen eggs in my fridge after only a week. My lady ducks are being a little too productive (JK!).

I ended up giving 1 dozen to my neighbour to try and then I made quiche! I put cheese, bacon, mushrooms & broccoli. I can’t even tell you if it was delicious as I froze them to use at a later date. Here they are.



Got me thinking any other recipes I should try that uses quite a few eggs at once? I’m also going to start freezing eggs in bags to use for scrambled eggs and what not.

I like to make challah bread with excess eggs. Custards, breakfast burritos, egg salad...things like that are good too.

I have done egg salad. That was delicious too! I’m not a fan of custard....may still try it though.
