Magpie Campbell mix

Hi i was told this drake was a magpie campbell mix.
Does anyone think this is correct, or have any other ideas.

Looks like a saxony or harlequin mix....not sure, but it looks like he has angel wing.

I've got to admit I don't know a whole lot about duck breeds, but that's possible! Regardless, he's a beautiful duck! Almost looks pastel-colored.

And yes, I agree it looks like he has angel wing.

It's when the end of the wings stick strait out from the body. Caused by too much protein. Others can explain it better than I did though.

I really doubt that is a magpie cambel mix... ALl my magpie mixes have either white bibs or white chests or are overly white with some color.

It looks like the cross of a heavier breed duck but the head looks thicker than a mag. DO you have any other pics?

It's definitely not a Magpie/Campbell mix. It has to have been a mix of one of the heavy breeds with blue, probably a Saxony like 1lpoock said. Any number of things could be in the mix too. With that body shape, it looks like it could almost be mixed with Alyesbury even.

Yeah...i'm thinking saxony....maybe silver appleyard?
