Hi this is MamaDux -- I really need some help here.. Already contacted Animal Control, humane society, local wildlife center, local animal foundation. No one seems to have any answers for me. This drake is quite friendly - already enjoyed a bath in our tub and is now held in a large dog kennel and eating/drinking just fine. We are unable to keep him since we already have 2 drakes to our 13 ducks. But I don't want to abandon him either after what his owners did. They actually came to my door last night, asking for advice since this drake apparently attacked their chickens all the time. They have a Buff duck as well. I told them to post their question on this forum and to mention that I had referred them here. And this morning I found the drake in my yard, running around my flock's secure kennel. Any suggestion is appreciated. Please PM me ASAP. Thanks so much!

Bless your heart for taking in the fella! I'm too far away from you, geographically. If I was much closer, I'd offer him a forever home here. I have a "drake gang" that is fun loving and very entertaining.

Well, good people - the beautiful drake is on his way to the waterfowl sanctuary in Kalispell as I type this. Yay! There are still good people in this world. So happy but also a lil sad. I think I lost my heart to him already.. lol So thank you @Miss Lydia for posting the info.
