Magpie duck questions!

We hatched 10 magpie ducklings. I have a few questions.

How can you tell what color they are? Our ducks were born on may 1st btw

How old are they when they get their adult feathers?

How can you tell what gender they are?

What's the difference between black/white blue/silver coloring on the ducks?

Right now that's all I can think of, ill add more when I think of them.

With my ducks, I has to wait until they grew in the "drake feather" it is a little curled feather close to the tail, on the back.

The rest of your questions... I can't remember how old they were when they god their adult feathers! Silly me!
