mailing hatching egg question

i know that i can fit a doz eggs in a priority mail medium flat rate box but has anyone tried mailing 6-8 bantam eggs in the small flat rate box and if so how did it do, if not anyone want to try it?

I have, you bubble wrap each one and pack them around news paper.

i had someone send me about 8 eggs once in the shoebox sized flat rate box. the eggs arrived safely but i didn't have one hatch. i attribute it to being a newbie to hatching at that time.
