Maine - Can't find Organic Layer Crumble anywhere - is there a reason?

We can get organic pellets or organic mash, but not organic crumbles for layers. Is there a reason why this isn't produced? We tried the pellets, but they weren't eating and they stopped laying. We're now giving them organic mash, but there seems to be a lot of waste. We're going through it much quicker, but at least they are laying again!

Any suggestions or does anyone know of a place to get the organic laying crumble feed without breaking the bank in shipping?
