Hello,
I built a chicken coop a year ago and finally got some chickens.

We got 3 barred rock chickens about 12 weeks old.

The coop is small and the run is crude for now.

I will build a bigger coop and bigger run soon.

I am a farmer in Downeast Maine doing some local Farmers Markets selling produce and seedlings.

Chickens seem happy in there new home.

Hopefully some eggs in couple weeks.
Is a metal roof ok for the coop? I wonder if the loud noise when it rains gets them excited?
