Maintenance or Breeder vs Purpose?

I'm transitioning my ducks off Mazuri Starter Crumble and oats. I have 3 medium hens and 2 female geese. I also now have 8 bantams; 4 drakes and 4 hens (kept separately).

I'm hoping for eggs eventually. The bantams will be in breeding pens come spring.

Do I transition them all to maintenance, with calcium for the hens? Do I put the larger ladies on breeder? Thanks for any advice!!!

If my medium ducks and geese are all female, would it be better for them to be on waterfowl breeder? They're not with the bantam drakes.
