This is the issue with my white Leghorn. There's another one with the same problem but it's on both feet. Does anybody know what's wrong?

Looks like infection to me. If you have more photos that would be good.

If vet care is not an option, then going by what I see, I would clean the wound well with Hibiclens (Chlorhexidine), remove the scab and clean it all out. Flush well, pack with triple antibiotic ointment, then wrap the foot. Check daily to see if it's healing. Clean and re-apply ointment as needed.

Anything on the bottom of the feet?

I would think so. But I researched and I believe for sure it is bumblefoot. Watched videos on how to treat it

I would treat it just like bumblefoot. Soak the feet in warm Epsom salts water daily, or use Hibiclens. Remove the softened scab, and squeeze out any pus or thick cheesy core. Dress the foot with antibiotic ointment and a 2x2 and vet wrap, but do not get it too tight.
