Making my own scratch. here is what i have is it okay?

I was in the bulk section of winco today and started bagging things that looked like they would be a good scratch for my hens. This is what I bought:
Wheat berry kernals
hulled millet
Oat groats
rolled oats
flax seed

they also had buckwheat groats, triticale berries, quinoa(sp)

Is everything on these lists okay? they are all in raw form except the buckwheat groats said roasted.

Your mix sounds great! Flax seed is really awesome for all kinds of things in animals. I feed it to my horses and everyone thinks I spend hours brushing them. No way, they are just silky and shiny looking. I never thought of feeding some to the chickens, really good idea. I've been thinking about mixing a little in the dogs canned food too.

I guy mine in bulk at a feed store. It's kind of spendy, but not a lot of peole buy it, so you can sometimes find it on sale.
