I really don't know what is going on found her in the pond almost all the way below the water line and soaked to the bone had her inside and noticed this wound really not sure what is going on!

Poor baby. I would gently wash it with antibacterial soap and rinse then put neosporin on it without the pain relief. I would keep her inside the house in a crate. I hope this helps let us know how she is doing.
