In the Brooder

Hi all,
I’m very new to raising ducklings and I currently have 4 one month old babies. I believe 2 are Indian runners and I’m not sure of the other 2. Sexes are unknown as of right now.
Today while swimming around I noticed that one of the darker ones, I believe a drake, kept biting one of the runners towards the tail. The poor thing was crying and running away. The incident left her (?) with a bloody lower back.
Is there something I can do to help her or stop this behavior? In the brooder or on dry ground he doesn’t bite, only in the water.
Thank you in advance!
