I know the one towards the back with the long snood is definitely a Tom but the one closest to the front is questionable sometimes. What do y'all think?

Once they have their adult feathers you will be able to easily tell.

In Bourbon Reds the hens will have light colored lower edges on their breast feathers. The toms will have dark colored lower edges on their breast feathers.

Juvenile Bourbon Reds before they get their adult feathers all have light colored lower edges on their breast feathers.
