Male or female?

My husband think my Plymouth rock is a male but I dont think so, any idea how to tell at this age?

I'd say cockerel due to the size and redness of the comb. If you have more chicks, compare this chicks legs to another chicks legstheir leg. Sometimes the chick with thicker legs is a cockerel. As of now, though, cockerel due to size and redness of comb.
