if you look closly itt looks like they are holding a wing in their fingers. i'm guessing this one just hatched and they want to wing sex. wing sexing only works for certain breeds and only if mom and dad have the right genes to wing sex other than that you will have to wait till the baby(ies) are at least 6 weeks maybe longer depending on their breed
