Male or Female?

This is my first time raising peafowl and I would like to know what gender I have, there are 2 black shoulder peachicks! I had 5 hatch but sadly these are the only 2 remaining They are about 4 months old

I say both males cause they have green feathers at the base of the neck. Females don't get the green til much older. Frenchy knows BS very well LOL
