male piking duck with one paralized leg

I have a duck that it seem cant get up with one of has legs. If he tries to stand he falls over on his back. he was fine a few days ago. He hasn't been out of the finced in are to have gotten hurt. could he have eaten something? Are there any kind of duck genetic problems or disises?

There are a few things that could have happened- but to me it sounds like a severe injury or nutritional deficiency. Have you checked his leg to see if it is broken - inflamed or tender? What do you feed your ducks?

The leg that seems to be giving him the problem the knee is really swollen. What can I do?
