Male to Female ratio

I have wood ducks and was wondering if someone could please tell me what the male to female hatch ratio is. I heard it was 1:6 or 1:8 but was not sure. Also this spring I am going to put a small camera in their nesting boxes to be able to watch the hatch, and was wondering if anyone has done this. If so what is a good camera to use.

P.s. If you all want I can post the video of the hatch for you all to see
