Mallard duck pipped 46 hrs ago...need advice!

Hi all! Ive been using this site for advice during my first hatching experience, so i thought i’d turn to y’all for advice!! I rescued 13 Mallard eggs after Mama was killed by something. So far, 11/13 have hatched and are thriving. We lost one. We have one left. He pipped all the way thru about 46 hrs ago. He’s peeping and pushing but not unzipping. I hesitate to assist but also really dont wanna lose him/her. Any help is appreciated.

I should add he is at the right end of the egg. My first baby hatched this past Wednesday. 8 followed thru Thursday am. Then, #10 hatched Friday, #11 hatched Saturday, and this lil guy finally pipped Sat night.
