Mallard Males getting their feathers!

Hey y’all! Pretty easy question, but I’m having trouble finding the answer myself so I’d love your help. I have mallards that are 13 weeks old. The Drakes began growing their gray feathers in a noticeable way about two weeks ago. I’m just wondering about when they will be fully feathered out with green heads.

Bird on the left is a hen. Bird facing forward is a drake. They will gradually molt and show full nuptial plumage by early fall.

Haha woops, I meant to say right- just edited that. Anyways, thank you!! Can’t wait to see their beautiful plumage.
