Mallard & Rouen ducks

We have a young Mallard and Rouen hen. One of each. They look full grown but they are only about three months old. At what age can I start feeding them Layena. They live with my chickens and an older Mallard hen. I have been feeding them all Flock Raiser because I didn't want the young ducks to start laying eggs before they are ready.

Do you mean layer food? I usually started around 6 months
