Mallard Runner Ducks

So do the males and females vary like regular Mallards? (I feel so stupid asking this!)

Yes, the males will have the green heads and white collar, and the females will be generally brown-ish with black markings. However, when they're young they all look like females. They won't get their adult plumage till about 3 to 4 months or so.
