mama ducks won't sit on nest with hatching duckling

I have 2 mama ducks that were broody and so far have hatched 5 ducklings. there are 3 more eggs on the nest and one of that started to hatch this morning. the egg is partially open already but they won't sit on the nest and flies are trying to get to the egg. the duckling isn't really actively trying to get out of the egg right now either. I've tried to get the mamas back on the nest but they won't have it. I'm not sure what to do. should I bring the egg inside with a heat lamp to keep an eye on it?

B ring the egg inside and try to warm it being careful not to get it too hot. Once the hens regard the hatch as 'done' they will abandon the remaining eggs.

Thank you for the reply. I don't have an incubator so I'm hoping a heat lamp at a good distance will be sufficient.

A heat lamp might work. Make sure that the egg feels warm not hot.
