Mama hatched this chick i dont know whats wrong with it

This little chick hatched a while ago, about an hour, but it's eye seems to be injured or not fully developed and it won't stand or straiten out its neck. It also seems to be losing a lot of fluff when I pick it up. Does anybody know what could be going on?

Oh no. None of that sounds good . If it were my baby, I'd make him/her as comfortable as I could (bring him/her inside and under a warm light). The losing fluff thing is odd. I've never heard of babies just losing fluff. You could TRY to give it a little NutriDrench if you can manage to get any in its mouth, but it doesn't look good . Poor little bean.

I was doing some research and I think it has wry neck. It's still alive, just the messed up eye makes her look dead. Disappointing, but I didn't expect every one to live. Thanks anyhow :')
