For clarification, I was talking about splitting the roost, so that while a bird is roosted, she cannot see who is roosted at the end. Cardboard and duct tape are cheap and easy to handle, this would be temporary fix.
As for the avatar - go to the top, the dark brown rectangles, click on your name, go to account details, and there is a avatar box.
