hi,i posted a post about these ducks,needing a pool,and got several great answers!!
my new question is-
the birds,i will get will be pinioned,and,so i have heard,will stay in my 30x30 picket ,4 feet high yard?
my new question is-
cats frequent my area!
if i have the pool,will the ducks be able to escape?
ask,only,as i need to put in my order for these ducks now.
i really wantt hese ducks, but will not just get them,just for my own pleasure.
i have an avairy,which i have been told,i could round up these ducks at dusk,and corral them into the avairy?
\\i am not always here at night.so think this option,is useless?

My mandies are pinioned, they free range in my backyard with a 4' chain link fence. We just made sure there were no areas big enough for them to squeeze thru and they do just fine and we herd them back into their house for safe keeping at night. Beautiful birds, good luck.
