Hello-
I know that most keep their Mandarin ducks in an aviary type setting but I am curious to know if anyone out there lets their Mandarin's run? I am contemplating on hatching some Mandarins and getting their wings pinioned with the intent to let them enjoy our pond by day and pen them up at night. Will they have a desire to "go home" each night like our domestic ducks?
