Manson Eye Worms HELP

My 2 older Bantam Hens have swollen eyes I know it's Manson's Eye Worms I have Ivermectin and read online put in their eyes? I have been Treating their eyes with VetRX because I read that it kills the Manson Eye Worms what else could I do to kill them Faster?? And is this Spreadable from Chicken to Chicken?? Do I need to take them out anyway from the flock or treat them all with a Chemical Wormer?? Please Help Thank you

I just got Horse Wormer Safeguard and Ivermectin Paste I read on other posting a Pea Size Amount I just don't want to loose my 2 girls to this worm had them for 7 years. Never had a worm problem at all but going to worm my whole Flock with Safeguard for sure. Any Advice would be Greatly Appreciated
