I was planning on getting an automatic egg incubator but apparently the manuel ones are better, can anybody help :)

Automatic
the most common mistake we make is forgetting to turn or not turning often

It depends. The manual labor models that require you to monitor and adjust temps, humidity, and turn the eggs can be just as great as the automatic versions. But it depends on the person's willingness/ability to do those things. I've had great success with a run-of-the-mill styrofoam incubator, but turning the eggs 2-3 times a day and constantly having to check/adjust the temp was a pain. I've an automatic now, with a fan and and egg turner to boot. So far, it's defintely been easier. In 19 days I'll know if it was "better".
