I don't, but in my opinion you shouldn't use them, they can be dangerous.

I too think they are a very bad idea. I have heard of roosters dying from them, either because they weren't fitted properly, or even when they are the rooster can still choke on a piece of food.
They work by basically mildly strangling the rooster.
If you can't have a bird that crows, I would look it to re-homing him.

I still think it's a pullet. You can usually tell if it's a girl or a boy around this age... the rooster feathers would have already have grown in by now. I would wait and see if it is a hen or roo before making any decisions.
