Oh good to know. I managed to hatch out three BLR Wyandottes. I can't tell if they are roos or pullets yet.

Yeah, roosters can be a bit tough. Salt water brine for a couple of days in the fridge, then I slow cook them and shred the meat for burritos. Free range birds are tougher still, from my experience.
I'm glad the girls are doing well.

They're going to be spoiled, I know it!
