I hatched in May several chicks, including 4 Marans eggs. Out of the 4, there's one that I'm still not sure if it's a pullet or a cockerel.
The 2 brothers in the batch are very obvious, as is the small pullet. 2 weeks ago I would have said that it's a pullet. Last week the crest was developing faster than the first pullet than I'm sure of, with a tiny bit of pink.
Now both of them are fairly similar, the tail is almost the same length, etc.
The one I'm wondering about is the red bracelet.
Yellow is my comparison as a pullet.
I put a brother to compare also.
