Marans roo X reg brown-egg-laying hens = what egg color in offspring?

If I mated a Marans rooster with Wyandotte hens, what egg color would I get from the offspring? Dark like the Marans, light brown like the wyandottes, or somewhere in between?

I'd say somewhere in between but could expect as light as the wyandottes.

The offspring should lay a darker egg. The shades can vary.
