Mareks and cleanup

I have had quite the year with chickens. Viruses, Mareks, and preditors have taken almost all of my birds (30) I only have a couple left and they are going to need culled so I can start over. My main question is Mareks Cleanup. What is the best way to get rid of Mareks. We have a major cleanup that needs to happen before we get our chicks. We are thankfully making a different coop (chicken tractor) so we can keep them out of the one that we are currently using. But I would like to be able to put them back in the coop next winter and not have to worry about them getting sick. I would appreciate any and all help I can get!

Mareks virus is spread through the dander and dust from the feathers, and it can remain in your environment from months to years. Many people use a disinfectant such as Vircon E tablets in water in a spray bottle to disinfectant equipment and surfaces.

I would probably wait for more than a year before getting new vaccinated chicks. This article though very long has a lot of info near the bottom about culling and starting over, and how long the virus may survive in your soil and neighboring areas:
