Marek's Disease transferable to humans?

Just curious. Does anyone know if there are any dangers to humans from handling a chicken with Marek's and would it be dangerous for humans to eat eggs that come from a hen that carries Marek's? Thanks!

I have never read that Marek's is transferable to humans. In fact, I have read that it is not transferable to various other species of birds like parrots.

It's not transferable. It's chicken-specific. Does not affect the chicken's eggs or meat, except for skin tumors which may be unslightly.
