Well it could be Mareks but it could be some sort of injury. I quite understand your anxiety about culling, and if I were you, I'd just keep her separated with water and feed close at hand and see how she does. If after a week she seems worse, consider taking her to a vet and ask them to put her down. In the meantime, just keep feeding her high protein food like eggs and yogurt, or baby food. Make sure she is drinking enough. With some care she might recover. You could give her hypericum in her water, its a herbal thing you can get from Whole Foods. SOme people say it can cure Mareks. Even if she doesnt have Mareks, it wont do her any harm. You might also want to try some Vitamin E supplements which I've heard can be good to give chickens.
