I had a chicken that I am pretty sure that she had Mareks Disease. She was completely paralyzed and we had to kull her. I since have had 2 other chickens die with no symptoms. I went out the coop one morning (on 2 different occassions) and found them dead with no symptoms. This is all in the past month. They are all from the same original flock and are now just a year old. There are 8 more left. None of them are showing any symptons but I want to stop this or at least know for sure what is happening to my girls! I have just ordered 6 chicks and hate to add them if this will be their fate. How can I know for sure if it is Mareks?
