Margo Died

After nursing my brown silkie Margo for a week, spoon feeding her water, yogurt, chicken feed, porridge etc she finally gave up her fight for life and died. She had been sick and not eating and seemed to be unable to walk. I took her to the vet as she also had diorrhea. She was treated with antibiotics, painkillers and her poo was taken for a sample. Sadly she died before we received the results. So as you see in my profile photo we now only have Ruby. Fingers crossed that Ruby will be ok. I will continue to contact backyard Chickens as I find you are a wonderful site. Thankyou
