Marketing poultry and food products?

Does anyone have good advice on how to market poultry products like eggs, meat, quail eggs? I'm currently working for my family's quail farm and I'm trying to learn as much as I can. My brother swears it's very difficult and the market is tough. I'm reaching out to you all to see if I can gain some more insight

If you haven't already, check with your county extension office to find out what the rules and limitations are.

We used to live in Putnam county and to sell eggs you had to have your place inspected and buy a license. That was a few years ago so things may have changed (plus your area might have different regulations).

Many places require license and permits. Selling meat has all kinds of added regs.
