Marshal Rool X Incubator NEED HELP!

Hi everyone, I have posted on here before about this incubator but I have never used it till now! I don't know how to turn up or down the temps its staying at or close to 85F and 80 for the wet bulb reading. It doesn't have a fan anymore it burnt up but have been searching for a new one. Anyways I need help I have peacock eggs I need to incubate!

Do not run it without a fan. It will overheat and you run the risk of fire. The bronze colored disk in the top is called a wafer thermostat. You control the temperature by turning the screw/lever that is attached to it. Marsh sold out to Lyon several years ago.
