Mass on chick

Hi there,

We have these 4 week old chicks who have been showing more and more problems but as of now…one of them has formed this mass on her chest. She is very sluggish and slow and doesn’t move a lot but she does still eat and drink. I’m not sure what to do concerning the mass so if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Also sorry for the quality of the picture…I don’t want to touch her or move her all that much.

I wouldn’t be asking if it didn’t seem like it didn’t bother her…she doesn’t run or jump she just sits there and is very slow.
