Looks like she's been plucked by her flock mates. She should be ok, just keep it clean and put some sort of pain relieving ointment or spray on it. There's a balm at Walmart called Dr Jeff's all purpose pet balm, or something like that, it's in a square tin in the pet isle and it works really well on any scrapes, cuts, or skin irritations your animals might have.

Do not use anything with pain relief in it ending in caine. keep her clean and do let flies get on any ope wounds or she'll really be in trouble, the balm jannakaye mentioned would probably help keep the flies off I can't say it strong enough keep the flies off because maggots will kill. Ducks can come back from alot worse that that so be encouraged, just be sure to introduce to the flock after having her in separate enclousure so no one goes after her again and with lost of supervision. How large is your pen/ do they free range at all?

thanks, some feathers are starting to grow back already. they free range all day and are locked in at night

I'd give her a way to wash. a small tub that she can wash in she'll feel better. after she washes then apply some kind of healing salve to her. especially keep it on if she has any open wounds to keep the flies off.
