Material for screened in porch

Hi, I'm wondering what type of material I should use for the floor in the enclosed screen in area of the coop. The plan is for this area to stay open. Ideas are appreciated..

This area could stay grass, but if you want something else you could put dirt, sand, bedding, or pretty much anything ok for chickens. The chickens will enjoy the grass, but if the coop is not moved, eventually it will turn to dirt. There is no problem with dirt. (By the way, you mean the outside part, right?)
