I have a lovely Silver Grey Dorking pair available for purchase. I plan to end my Dorking breeding program, in favor of focusing on my Showgirls, and maybe a mutt breed just for fun.
This pair was hatched in February, 2012. He now weighs around 8 lbs, and she weighs around 5.5. Their parents were Duane Urch and McMurray birds. He has served as our sole Dorking flock rooster for a year, now. They have good fertility rates and have been repeatedly proven fertile. I have not focused on this breed for long, but have since decided that I cannot devote the time to rehabilitating a breed that has been allowed to deteriorate so far and still do justice to improving my far superior Showgirl flock.
This is listed as an AUCTION beginning at $40. Please post your bid in increments of $5 in the comments. The auction will end on September 16th, and we can arrange pickup afterward. Please be aware that you will have to pick these birds up somewhere in or near Fort Smith, AR, 72901.
Pickup would be cheapest for you, unless you live very far away for Fort Smith, Arkansas. I'd rather not ship two such heavy, large birds.
